Huckleberry Preserves

I had some huckleberries stored in the freezer from last year. I decided to turn them into delicious huckleberry preserves. We also canned some nectarines because I had more than I knew what to do with. I'm so excited for huckleberry cheesecake and fruit cobblers this winter.
